The upper floor is a truly jaw dropping space – a circular open-plan room that incorporates a kitchen, dining room and sitting room into one sun-drenched communal area. Surrounded on all sides by nothing but glass your eye is drawn inexorably outwards towards the mesmerising sea. With your uninterrupted birds eye view of the stunning Fistral beach and wide blue ocean beyond, you'll struggle to tear your gaze away - especially if its stormy!
Dining table that seats 10, a state of the art sleek white kitchen with all mod cons, and an ample comfy sitting area with desk and TV. Kitchen has a breakfast bar and additional card/breakfast table nearby. Separate shower & loo. Surrounded on all sides with a wrap around balcony - If the weather is kind, open up onto the huge 120m2 sun terrace with seating area and decadent hot tub. Definitely worth cracking open a bottle of something to watch the sunset from here.
With four deluxe bedrooms, each one individually designed with elegant mid century finds and cool calming natural materials, you can be sure of a relaxing night's sleep. Each room has its own bathroom, a superking size zip and link bed (all can be made up as double or twins plus the option of 2 extra beds on request) with down surround pillows and the ultrawarm and soft feather duvets, encased in the most luxurious 400 thread count egyptian cotton linen. Bathrobes, bathtowels, swimming towels, flannels and Ren bath products provided.
Wrapped around the upper floor is a glass walled balcony with almost 360 views around the building, leading out onto an enormous 120m2 sun terrace with incredible uninterrupted views over Fistral Beach and the mesmerising ocean beyond. CAR: Pentire Penthouse is about 2.5 hours drive from Bristol and about 5 hours from West London.
TRAIN: Regular trains run from Paddington to Newquay via Par and take about 5 hours. Newquay train station is 10 minutes taxi from the property.
AIRPLANE: Flybe offers regular flights year round from London to Newquay airport (15 mins in a taxi) which takes just over an hour.
