Guests at Frampton Court enjoy the splendour of staying in this stunning Grade 1 listed 18th century house, which has been lived in by the Clifford family since it was built in 1730. Until recently the magnificent Frampton Court was lived in by Rollo Clifford’s mother Henriette, and visitors love the homely, ‘lived-in’ feel of the house and its beautiful interiors.
Guests have full use of many of the superb principal rooms in the house: arriving up the magnificent stone steps, sitting in front of a log fire in the stunning panelled Hall and relaxing in the pretty ‘Frampton Flora’ Morning Room.
The bedrooms are perfect examples of Georgian refinement, and are light and elegant with fabulous views across The Park to the lake or across the huge front lawn to the village green. They are beautifully furnished with fine period furniture and exquisite examples of the lovely Frampton Flora watercolours, as well as deliciously comfortable beds and their own bathrooms. Click here for more information about the paintings.
Upon arrival at Frampton Court we give our guests a warm welcome. An excellent breakfast is provided made from the best local produce (and organic where possible, including home-grown Gloucester Old Spot bacon and sausages, eggs and fruit from The Manor). Dinner is available at Frampton Court by arrangement. There are very good local pubs and restaurants – many of which are within walking distance too.
House can be hired as a whole or as individual rooms.
