The Villa

Villa Mani is a newly constructed Villa which is situated on 2-1/2 acres overlooking a unique private cove in the Caribbean on one side and private Yacht Marina on the other side. The Villa was designed by award winning Architect, Ron Shaw. Villa Mani includes a main house, guest house, a 360 degree observation tower, several marble patio areas, 3 level infinity swimming pool, tiki huts, exterior bars and a private 400 ft. beach.
The Villa accommodates up to 14+ guests with feather beds and duvet comfort and the finest amenities. We offer our Honeymoon Tower Suite, two complete suites that include private living rooms. In addition, our Guest House includes a living room, kitchen, master bedroom and two bunk rooms, each with one full size lower bunk and one twin upper bunk.
Eric, thier Executive Chef, has over 33 years of experience with private catering to the “stars.” He is experienced in wellness and will cater to any of the special needs of Villa Mani’s guests. The elegant meals are presented on linens with crystal, sterling silver and fine china.
The Villa’s 20′ wide glass doors disappear to the total view of the Caribbean Ocean and beyond from our hilltop setting. Elegant furnishings with Murano Glass sculptures add to its grandeur.
Many of the guests enjoy the lovely Steinway baby grand piano. Also, offered is a celtic harp, guitar and the newest karaoke equipment. Villa Mani offers a living room bar experience. The Villa’s Bartender, George will serve you with the finest crystal and specialty libations. Villa Mani’s super high-powered binoculars will allow you to either view the moon and the bright night sky or a boat passing by on the ocean.The elegant dining room includes a ceiling mural by local artist, Pam Leach. The grand crystal Murano Glass chandelier and table which seats 12 will be set with the finest crystal, sterling silver and china.
The pool begins in the Murano Dancing Dolphins living room sculpture, designed by “the Master of the Isle of Murano,” which flows into the first level of cool crisp pool water.
This level creates a waterfall which cascades into the deepest pool. Snuggle up on one the three double lounge chairs in the third level on the edge of the Caribbean Sea or swim up to the poolside Tiki bar for lunch or an afternoon Villa Mani custom drink.
