THE HOUSE
Villa Beyli Han (sleeps 12 + 5) was built in 2005 and is situated in Kalamar Bay just around the headland from Kalkan. It's a 5-minute walk from the villa to the sea and the popular Kalamar Beach Club, a blue-flag beach with sailing, scuba-diving, water-skiing and a friendly restaurant with beautiful views. The villa has a very spacious, open-plan living area with a pool overlooking Kalamar Bay. The bedrooms all have air conditioning. There is a cooling marble flooring throughout. The villa was built by the Bailey Family and designed with family holidays in mind.
The large well-equipped kitchen is open-plan style, with French windows onto the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean. The sitting room has large French windows, opening onto a terrace with a built in local stone BBQ, pool, table tennis table and 6 comfortable sun loungers.
On the first floor: a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room both these rooms have the AMAZING sea views. Two further twin bedded rooms both with ensuite shower rooms. On the top floor there is one double bed and one twin room sharing a shower room. Both these bedrooms have private terraces one with an outside shower.
