Carnell House is an historic 14th Century Tower and Mansion House, with over 2000 acres of elegant gardens and parkland. Conserved very much as a private accommodation house, there are several elegant reception rooms including the impressive Hall and two dining rooms all with open fires and decorated with antiques.

There are two dining rooms, the Red Dining Room seats up to 22 people and is Carnell’s formal dining room. The Vaulted Dining Room seats 14 and is located in the Peel Tower. All the food is cooked on the premises and the emphasis is on Scottish Traditional Dishes. Sample menus can be provided on request.

There is a choice of 10 individual guest bedrooms and bathrooms over two floors. All rooms are traditionally decorated and either king or twin beds. Carnell House can sleep up to 20 guests which is ideal for large golfing or shooting parties or persons looking for an exclusive venue in the heart of Ayrshire and Carnell accommodates many high profile clients.

For smaller parties, the Carnell Garden House located adjoining the Walled Garden may be rented for two or more nights. The house comprises a Drawing Room, Dining Room, Study and four Bedrooms with bathrooms.

During your stay you can take part in many activites such as trout fishing, shooting (including Clay Pigeon), tennis, billiards and croquet as well as the wonderful local amenities that Ayrshire provides to visitors.

The entire estate can be booked for a minimum of 3 months for £65k including VAT.
