Founded in 1997, The Eden Club is an international Private Members’ Golf Club which focuses on the
very highest echelons of the game. As an alternative to a venue-dependent second club, the privileges of Membership are crafted to build on local dimensions with regional and international golfing experiences via an outstanding schedule of events and a unique Secretariat (Concierge) Service. The Club’s evolution has witnessed it become more than just a golf club – it is as much about accessing magnificent experiences, participating in outstanding events and meeting wonderful people as it is about golf. Unlike any other Club in the world the flexibility and range of Membership privileges ensures members are able to utilise the Club’s services wherever and whenever they travel, meaning that Membership becomes an important part of their lifestyle.

The Club’s home, Pittormie Castle, is a magnificent baronial castle which provides a warm ambience with facilities and services that are typically found only in the very finest Private Clubs. Members have a special place to relax, dine and entertain their own guests. The Castle has become the fulcrum of every Member’s visit to Scotland, with staff organizing golf, accommodation, dining, transfers, alternative activities and sightseeing excursions for non-playing partners. Formerly the home of the first Duke of Fife, having been given to Ludovic of Lennox by King James VI in 1596, the Castle was lovingly restored by The Eden Club in 2005 under the guidance of Historic Scotland.

Within the Estate, close to the Castle, the old stables, steadings, cottages and new-build garden cottages have been developed into luxurious two-, three- and four-bedroom private residences. Whilst identical in style and design they range in layout and size from around 1,400 – 2,800 sq. ft. Each residence was built toa superior quality using the finest woods, marble and stone. Each residence comes fully furnished, including all utilities and utensils, delivering a home-from-home experience. The hand-built kitchens, large lounges and beautiful bedrooms with en- suite bathrooms make these residences the best in Scotland.

Within the Castle there are eight suites, each uniquely designed and decorated with their own en-suite bathroom. Furnished to the highest specifications, each room is as relaxing as it is delightful. The sense of luxury can be measured in every little detail, from the number of pillows on the bed to the thread count of the sheets on the handmade oversized four-poster beds. At the foot of each bed a TV box houses
a plasma TV, rising by remote control, with terrestrial and satellite channels. Each room has wi-fi and cabled access to ensure internet connection at your own desk.
