The Hotel
La Fiermontina is a 17th century masseria that has been entirely restored and transformed into a masterpiece of elegant living where minimalist design is united with the architectural heritage of ‘Barocco Leccese’. La Fiermontina’s eighteen distinctive rooms and suites (which include Les Suites a Côté) combine stylish interior design with a homely and inclusive feel. Star-pinnacled ceilings in the Pugliese tradition enhance several of the rooms and suites, each with a unique layout and all finished with bespoke Italian furniture, custom textiles, European antiques, and original artwork. Many of the guest rooms and suites incorporate views over La Fiermontina’s own olive groves, with some benefiting from private terraces.

SUPERIOR ROOM
Modern design and vintage furniture, complemented by unique accessories and art pieces, create an atmosphere of understated sophistication. The room has a Queen bed and a small outside balcony.

Deluxe rooms have a King or Queen bed and are furnished in the signature contemporary-meets-antique.
JUNIOR SUITE
Junior Suites boast additional space to relax and enjoy art from the owner’s private collection within the comfort of your room. Bathrooms feature walk- in showers and one also has a freestanding bath-tub.
JUNIOR SUITE DELUXE
Junior Suites Deluxe comprise of a spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with shower and freestanding bathtub. One of the suites has a day bed that can accommodate a child. The suite on the ground floor has two private patios; the suite on the first floor has direct access to a shared terrace with seating.
DUPLEX SUITES
Duplex suites have a unique layout thanks to the extra ceiling height: a short Lecce stone staircase leads from the comfortable sitting area up to a spacious timber mezzanine where the bedroom is located.
ONE BEDROOM SUITES
These spacious suites have a large bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed, a separate lounge area (with a sofa bed in some suites) and ample storage space. Some of them benefit from a private outside sitting area or terrace and feature period stone fireplaces.
ANTONIA FIERMONTE SUITE

SUITE GELSOMINO & SUITE VERTICALE
These light and spacious suites benefit from luxurious furnishings and offer a calming environment with views on the internal private garden and walls covered in jasmine flowers. Suite Gelsomino and Suite Verticale can be connected through an internal door. The entrance is a sliding glass door and it is shared between the two Suites.

La Fiermontina is unique in boasting a 40sqm outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees, within the city walls. Guests are welcome to relax on the cushioned sun loungers scattered throughout La Fiermontina’s manicured sculpture garden, where an original sculpture by Fernand Léger takes centre place.
Spa treatments can be arranged in the comfort of guest rooms throughout their stay. Treatments can be booked the day before or in the morning for the afternoon.

Lecce is known for its ornate Baroque architecture, its beauty and history. The city is small enough to explore and enjoy on foot, with many public buildings boasting lavishly decorated facades – highlights include the Basilica di Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo and the Triumphal Arch.
